Fall Fest Is Accepting Vendor Applications

The Hollandia Garden Association will be hosting Fall Fest at Snyder Park in Springfield on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 10-5. The organization still has spaces available for groups and individuals who wish to have a booth at the event.
This is year four for the event and they continue to grow not only visitors, but also events. This year will include a Cruise In (like car show) along with the vendors, kid’s fun zone and food trucks.

The cost of a booth is $15 for a 12’x12′ “amateur space” with no electric. For a larger 12’x20′ space the cost is $30 without electric.
Commercial spaces are 12’x12′ for $30. Non-profit organization spaces are 12’x12′ and rent for just $10. Food Trucks are $40 each and must have self-contained electric. You may also have a tent set up for the same price for food vendors.
This year the vendors will be able to park their vehicle behind their setup.
Setup for the event begins on Friday, October 12 from 9 am – 5 pm or Saturday, October 13 from 7 – 9 am. The event begins at 10 am.
Entry fees are fully refundable if the festival committee should cancel for any reason.
The Association welcomes arts, crafts, school groups, commercial products, farm products, antiques, collectables and other direct sale vendors for the event. Political venues are not permitted at this festival.
The target audience is families and individuals from across Clark County and the Miami Valley.
